COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems MD03FSD34A7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marrelli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marrelli such as the MA100LA4B5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M941D10054 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2AA080A3GAA082001JSA010122 by Manufacturer Asea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC063D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lincoln such as LM24089 equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lincoln products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lincoln" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC90C0GD4C110A1WI520LVS001 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC090C0KD4C110A0WI522LVS001 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M8M1142AT by Mts and LM24089 spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3546 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
