COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems M3-3424-IOS Stepper Motor parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gec-Alsthom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamazaki-Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lincoln product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gec-Alsthom such as the LD825EJR2307 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KRQ065NE30 manufactured by Yamazaki-Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamazaki-Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM60000 by Manufacturer Lincoln as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Demag Brand KBA112B42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg such as M113A10K90AB equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HFSP202B made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular HPP3DPVF40A3 original spares produced by Toyo-oki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HFSP202BK by Mitsubishi and M113A10K90AB spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M112FJ12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric. |
