COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion HI2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Juki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iq-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ishida product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Juki such as the E860721 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FB70SBRFD0SG manufactured by Iq-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Iq-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P5532A1 by Manufacturer Ishida as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ishida-Dacs Brand 057530510 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jena-Tec such as 72588 equipment made by Jena-Tec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jena-Tec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jena-Tec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EDA81001100 made by Johnson as well as the popular 7PCJD0061A original spares produced by Jrc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ME0396PM4LT1A1 by Jae-Electronics and 72588 spares by Jena-Tec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original I2424ST Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Irsm. |
