COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Actuator M-SEL-A-2-DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Joslyn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jrc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jordan-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn such as the 663662S30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7PCNA0224D manufactured by Jrc and we are pleased to be able to service most Jrc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM1530A54400 by Manufacturer Jordan-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Japax Brand MWIA52454B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jvl such as MAC140A1 equipment made by Jvl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jvl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jvl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P2000 made by Jamesbury as well as the popular BG36W06PP00601330V098 original spares produced by Ist Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1500ASK100T by Interface and MAC140A1 spares by Jvl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CRHOJVD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite. |
