COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Actuator 12R2-100-1100-SP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jena-Tec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Joining-Solutions product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itt such as the GT2108EDXXM2958 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7731JA manufactured by Jena-Tec and we are pleased to be able to service most Jena-Tec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JSI103 by Manufacturer Joining-Solutions as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Joy-Westinghouse Brand C101209 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Joslyn-Clark such as HP05AA376 equipment made by Joslyn-Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joslyn-Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joslyn-Clark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 72561 made by Jena-Tec as well as the popular 300MXA original spares produced by Issc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T13U03076 by Joslyn and HP05AA376 spares by Joslyn-Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P5435A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ishida. |
