COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelliflex IFX425L12KRPEVE3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelligent-Actuator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ironton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kadia product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Actuator such as the 12EX35300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2108T052 manufactured by Ironton and we are pleased to be able to service most Ironton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EAU0100021 by Manufacturer Kadia as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jlem Brand PE2004T01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Joslyn-Clark such as T20aa327476 equipment made by Joslyn-Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joslyn-Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joslyn-Clark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS15401 made by Jlem as well as the popular FS190SBILP2HS06 original spares produced by Iq-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGS3D by Isra-Vision and T20aa327476 spares by Joslyn-Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IM48334P18P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intelligent-Motion-Systems. |
