COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intel D00000422-251-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Festo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the DRT2OD161 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4809045039G manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DGEA401ZRGVR by Manufacturer Festo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hydraulic-Valve-Division Brand D41FHE02F4VB0020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800HFXA1F1D equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HLNC1A1A made by Ge as well as the popular E5CNR2MTC500 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DKS011W100ADA0101FW by Indramat and DS3800HFXA1F1D spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
