COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ingersoll-rand 3RPQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jpsa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jennings parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jlem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jpsa such as the PH002806 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RT8A4102C24F10 manufactured by Jennings and we are pleased to be able to service most Jennings systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE302T01 by Manufacturer Jlem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Inventron Brand EP0024600D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Joyce-Dayton such as M707B1145 equipment made by Joyce-Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joyce-Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joyce-Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HGR15R made by Initeq as well as the popular PANELMONITOR original spares produced by Ish Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RPQ by Ingersoll-rand and M707B1145 spares by Joyce-Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VPA002B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnford-Fanuc. |
