COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Infranor CD1-K2-400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jewell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jokab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jlem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jewell such as the LSRP145 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FTII414600 manufactured by Jokab and we are pleased to be able to service most Jokab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE302T01 by Manufacturer Jlem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Interapp Brand IA100S12F05F711 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Innovative-Technology such as PTE0801S101 equipment made by Innovative-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Innovative-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Innovative-Technology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QAO75100 made by Iss-1 as well as the popular VPA201B original spares produced by Johnford-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ANAQKABXA4030 by Ingersoll-Rand and PTE0801S101 spares by Innovative-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2108T053 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ironton. |
