COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Infineon FZ2400R7KF6CB2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Initeq products, including obsoleted and phased-out Initeq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ipg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Initeq such as the HGR20R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFU2005X manufactured by Initeq and we are pleased to be able to service most Initeq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSD by Manufacturer Ipg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ingersoll-rand Brand 3RPQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jersey-Machine such as SA320785F equipment made by Jersey-Machine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jersey-Machine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jersey-Machine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FM160P6 made by Ipr as well as the popular ODE212071KB1Y original spares produced by Invertek-Drives Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PE252T01 by Jlem and SA320785F spares by Jersey-Machine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISASYMA6016250T2NAQB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intelligent-Actuator. |
