COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Infineon FZ1500R33HL3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iss.1 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itd-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 I-tech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iss.1 such as the QAO7700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMT2003R61 manufactured by Itd-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Itd-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IOP800 by Manufacturer I-tech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ingersoll-Rand Brand 3X11469 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ingersol-Rand such as IR5052PT5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 equipment made by Ingersol-Rand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ingersol-Rand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ingersol-Rand" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1318 made by Itr as well as the popular PE1252T01 original spares produced by Jlem Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5641DCEAB by Ite and IR5052PT5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 spares by Ingersol-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JD3250KW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite. |
