COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Sensors Inc 0101-10.0T-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jancd-cpii products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Invertek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jancd-cpii such as the DF820378 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 77701 manufactured by Itw and we are pleased to be able to service most Itw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ODP2240103HF42SN by Manufacturer Invertek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Japan-Servo Brand EW32EAG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Isoflux such as 5411409467 equipment made by Isoflux have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Isoflux products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Isoflux" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B60S made by Jamesbury as well as the popular 3110052072 original spares produced by Jbt-Corporation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CND63B120 by Ite and 5411409467 spares by Isoflux are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UT5TLN18A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jae. |
