COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Gold IGQ103-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jimek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Infineon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the SN425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLC8 manufactured by Jimek and we are pleased to be able to service most Jimek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FZ2400R12HE4 by Manufacturer Infineon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Intelligent-Actuator Brand ISSZM460100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intecolor such as FP18VACFAAZ equipment made by Intecolor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intecolor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intecolor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ODP242753HF4NSN made by Invertek as well as the popular 35AAAADDBA1BA original spares produced by Jc-Manufacturing Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ODE32201053F42 by Invertek-Drives and FP18VACFAAZ spares by Intecolor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTX0803Y101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Innovative-Technology. |
