COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Gold CI1023E120H-P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ironton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jinyoung-Contech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Intelligent-Actuator product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ironton such as the 2108T052 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VX1500 manufactured by Jinyoung-Contech and we are pleased to be able to service most Jinyoung-Contech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISSYM860200 by Manufacturer Intelligent-Actuator as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Intillunis Brand RMV29050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Inficon such as 399050 equipment made by Inficon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Inficon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Inficon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30373100 made by Intelligrated as well as the popular DIMA4ES8MINI original spares produced by Jetter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CI521E60V by Industrial-Gold and 399050 spares by Inficon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPS300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Indexing-System. |
