COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial ESD-50/CEP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lasertech/microscan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lust parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lasertech/microscan such as the MS4200FIS42000004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VF1406MS27FAPTCBR1 manufactured by Lust and we are pleased to be able to service most Lust systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GPD506VB021 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lg Brand LSLV0110S1002EONNS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jordan-Controls such as SM17300445 equipment made by Jordan-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jordan-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jordan-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 174629 made by Leeson as well as the popular GPD205B0P5 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CE06560starTypeB by Kollmorgen and SM17300445 spares by Jordan-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 931EPK10931EPK10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
