COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices VFS2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intergraph products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Gold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Inficon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intergraph such as the 5175269032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C7521E80VCI10 manufactured by Industrial-Gold and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Gold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 751001G2 by Manufacturer Inficon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Industrial-Dynamics Brand 25070 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intelligent-Motion-Systems such as IM48334P18P2 equipment made by Intelligent-Motion-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intelligent-Motion-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intelligent-Motion-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P754T02 made by Jlem as well as the popular LBM20K original spares produced by Interface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PE2004T01 by Jlem and IM48334P18P2 spares by Intelligent-Motion-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Interface. |
