COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices EC5-X-2010B-150-MS6E/MF1-MTE1-42X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC090A0RD4C130A0WI520LVS011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F024510 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GJR5252100R3261 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD071CN030N2M095PB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAC063C0MS3C095B1S001 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLEX58KD16N4 made by Square-D as well as the popular IC697MEM735C original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600SOTJ1 by Ge-Fanuc and MAC063C0MS3C095B1S001 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M0598400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
