COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices BDS3-230/55-21-400-3060A22 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grundfos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yasnac-Mori product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grundfos such as the DME6010ARPVECF21A3A3B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSMB176 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DF8100269TOP6 by Manufacturer Yasnac-Mori as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand BKONC6800H71 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800HXCA1D1D equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CPM925 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular EM620G original spares produced by Max-Datwyler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HSCG1C1C by Ge and DS3800HXCA1D1D spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CVM1CPU11E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
