COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices ACS3-208 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Gold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iq-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iwka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Gold such as the IGQ53 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FB70SBRFD0SG manufactured by Iq-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Iq-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2426896 by Manufacturer Iwka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Invertek-Drive Brand ODE2140103HA1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Japax such as MWIA52454B equipment made by Japax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Japax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Japax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 821GMIK1SL2 made by Invensys as well as the popular PCB421 original spares produced by Intergraph Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM486FE6057D024P2 by Itoh and MWIA52454B spares by Japax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G150XGEL04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Innolux. |
