COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial 22601 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microsafe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micromotion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microsafe such as the mc4224re spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT2H50 manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMF100 by Manufacturer Micromotion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand CR301200BH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mks such as 750B13PFE2GA equipment made by Mks have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mks products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mks" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CRH332 made by Itw as well as the popular XGH100M original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPF420MA315PSIG20PSIFR1 by Moore and 750B13PFE2GA spares by Mks are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IV2000MA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
