COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial 100054 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pixelink parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDV780A01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX18NB1L5ESUA manufactured by Pixelink and we are pleased to be able to service most Pixelink systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6AV66131DA513CA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PT12C10D1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGM7G30AFC6CSGD7S200A00A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV39711NA010CA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular RDM35 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711K6 by Allen-Bradley and SGM7G30AFC6CSGD7S200A00A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT1555HSQSBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
