COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Inductoheat 31035-501 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the 3603B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3500A71 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40130250 by Manufacturer Gl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemark Brand 37605001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zebra such as 46702Rev3 equipment made by Zebra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zebra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zebra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4124405001 made by Comark as well as the popular 5020383903 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44A399739G01 by Ge and 46702Rev3 spares by Zebra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35421254A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati. |
