COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat Trans 01.7/1/OP 04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Inductoheat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lightobject parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Inductoheat such as the 31035132 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XLE12180 manufactured by Lightobject and we are pleased to be able to service most Lightobject systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KEYENCELV21A by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand 174755 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as ESV183N06TXD equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TDM12100300W1220 made by Indramat as well as the popular BDS4A203J0001105A2 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESV153N04TXD by Lenze and ESV183N06TXD spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 174703 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
