COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat TVM 1.2-050-220/300-W0/115/220V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itd such as the 265039 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDM12030300W1000 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS015410AL0000 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jenaer Brand 80B310330D65LDAA80B310330D65LDAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as ServoStarS600 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAC31100460A0IW1220 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC90C0GD4C110A1GR287S01 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911246506 by Indramat and ServoStarS600 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R911221500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
