COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat TR 33/005.2-US parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Derrick-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK3210090LH4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGX30182302406001 manufactured by Derrick-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Derrick-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T16G3015NOD by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand SJ37AP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMRS13A2AYR11 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMDH06A2AYR14 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMSV10ADA6E original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SL97A107JE1000MN by Introl-Design and SGMRS13A2AYR11 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS93011010SS95012000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dolan-jenner-Safescan. |
