COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat TDM2.1-30-300-W0-S0101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out K-tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the BDS4A230H607A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2401600470 manufactured by K-tron and we are pleased to be able to service most K-tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C1F5S3D03EA by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand CB06550CB067051D062M7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as GPD403A0P7 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 853012123001ILLFDR made by Lam-Research as well as the popular TPA2158406124205B495302A49 original spares produced by Industrial Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E82EV552K4B000 by Lenze and GPD403A0P7 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0039978000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kla-tencor. |
