COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat RMA02.2-32-DC024-050 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Issc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samwontech-Nova parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Issc such as the 300CMI6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD56000 manufactured by Samwontech-Nova and we are pleased to be able to service most Samwontech-Nova systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES51038MA03 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sauter Brand T80TAC27 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as MS2H150 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R1T185L483018008HN63 made by Lesman-Instrument-Co as well as the popular TC530 original spares produced by Osaka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S82D6005 by Omron and MS2H150 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RMA02232DC024050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
