COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat R911279186 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuhse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuhse such as the KEA092INS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESV153N04TXB manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M12100B by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ingersoll Brand 99387847R49 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keb such as 07S4D31347E equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PSR45A2200003 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular MCS09F38SRMB0A14NST5S00NR0SU original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EVF8215E00400037 by Lenze and 07S4D31347E spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPA2158406124205B495302A49 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial. |
