COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MKD112B-024-GP0-BN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI538S05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS09F60RS4P1A14NST5S00NR0SU manufactured by Wittmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MESBJS1003C23F1 by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand MDMA152P1G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAC071B0FS3C095B1S001 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC090C0GD made by Indramat as well as the popular M314BA00102 original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC071B0PS3C095A2S001 by Rexroth and MAC071B0FS3C095B1S001 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M321P70AT0CCAH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gettys. |
