COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MKD025B-144-GP0-KN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC90C0KD1B110A0J625S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA94751 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112A0LD4C130A0WI520LS05 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand MACDB080NI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MDD090CN040N2L110GB1 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M6284A1055S made by Honeywell as well as the popular MHV25B846W8B original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD093CN030N2M110GA2 by Rexroth and MDD090CN040N2L110GB1 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071C0JS4C1095A2MR136 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
