COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MHD112C-024-PG0-BN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the MGE316CONS0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS19F30SRSBOA28NST5SOONR250 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC092B0QD3C095A2S018 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC112C0HD3C130B1S021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trw/ross such as MAB16002 equipment made by Trw/ross have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trw/ross products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trw/ross" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M611 made by Magnetek as well as the popular MAC71C0JS4C095A2MR119S001 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC090B0PD1B110A0I01250S001 by Indramat and MAB16002 spares by Trw/ross are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M4002A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Longford. |
