COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the MCA17N17RS0B0B24RST5F10NR0SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC093A0PS4C110A0WI538LX manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M7042T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand MACF115BS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as MCEC43 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCA10I40RS0B0A14NST5S00NR0SU made by Lenze as well as the popular M111FD12E original spares produced by Superior Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112BN030N2L130PA0 by Rexroth and MCEC43 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M63C2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
