COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PR0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bautz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M3617T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS06I41RS0B0Z0C0ST5S00NR0SU manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M406D030710 by Manufacturer Bautz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bador Brand M15B103138878 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nord such as M38BP820806 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M432NANO7208 made by Gettys as well as the popular M7284A1004 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M432NYNOOYOY1C by Elwood-Corp and M38BP820806 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC90C0GD4C110A0GR277S01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
