COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD112C-N-020-N2L-130PB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dca parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ishida product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD115AN030N2M130GA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCAES manufactured by Dca and we are pleased to be able to service most Dca systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P5120A by Manufacturer Ishida as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl-Fuchs Brand MVID22HRX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Merlin-Gerin such as NT16HA equipment made by Merlin-Gerin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin-Gerin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin-Gerin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P5423B made by Ishida as well as the popular MV80VTP04S150LDDAC1AHSTP2 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112CN030N2L130PB0 by Rexroth and NT16HA spares by Merlin-Gerin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK071E0300NNS2UGORNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
