COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD112B-N-030-N2M-130PB1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ycl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metasys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ycl such as the PCB1004BCOF82A7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSNAE35112 manufactured by Metasys and we are pleased to be able to service most Metasys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PESWS9AEXRM19 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand P0926CP0E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as MPCKT55NAA00B equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCB4054593025MAT00221305 made by Rofin-Sinar as well as the popular PC24001 original spares produced by Lakos-Separators Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NMPC01 by Bailey and MPCKT55NAA00B spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PDTR3B10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amada. |
