COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD093C-N-060-N2L-110PL0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC90C0GDC110A0MR119S001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M955C1014 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LQJ56C34D5520FP by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand M183425 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microsafe such as MC42D2DC equipment made by Microsafe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microsafe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microsafe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS19F30RS0B0A28N made by Lenze as well as the popular MDC1010HMMA0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M4108T by Baldor and MC42D2DC spares by Microsafe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC90B0JD1B110A0J625S01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
