COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD093A-N-030-N2L-110GB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Isel-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ironman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Interface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Isel-Automation such as the DSM47 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRFHMQ82420HR5616 manufactured by Ironman and we are pleased to be able to service most Ironman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ULC by Manufacturer Interface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Interface Brand 1500ASK100T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Infineon such as DD1200S33K2C equipment made by Infineon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Infineon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Infineon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5642 made by Ite as well as the popular 3211ERG5K original spares produced by Interface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IGQ103E by Industrial-Gold and DD1200S33K2C spares by Infineon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S23 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Devices. |
