COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD071C-N-040-N2T-095GA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ishida products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ishida such as the P5280A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PA230206 manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NCOM03 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MDS60A00225A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Freescale-Semiconductor such as MVME16704B equipment made by Freescale-Semiconductor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Freescale-Semiconductor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Freescale-Semiconductor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD090AN030N2L110GB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular PC12001043 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSA20NN50E8 by Actus-Power and MVME16704B spares by Freescale-Semiconductor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MN100FG101AT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Imaging-Technology. |
