COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC90C-0-GD-2-C/130-B-1/S03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumtak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gec-Alsthom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumtak such as the LEI2471250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M462GAS00N0C manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LD825EJR2307 by Manufacturer Gec-Alsthom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M3554T5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lincoln such as LM24265 equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lincoln products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lincoln" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M7164G1006 made by Honeywell as well as the popular M4002A original spares produced by Longford Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KT47DT80N4 by Sew and LM24265 spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC112C0HD2C130B2S013 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
