COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC112D-0-FD-2-C/180-A-1/S003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the M331HKRJ4A04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC063D0FS4C095B0WI517LV manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature leroysomer by Manufacturer Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modutrol-Motor Brand M945A1017 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAC090B0PD4C110B0W1520LVS001 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M3603 made by Baldor as well as the popular LF92675B7J original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC by Indramat and MAC090B0PD4C110B0W1520LVS001 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC112C0HD1B130A1I1250S05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
