COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-0/WI520LV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ixmation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the MG75Q2YS42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD090BN030N2L110PB1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM00067058 by Manufacturer Ixmation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand MSR1224MSE1224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Curtis-Wright such as MM6171 equipment made by Curtis-Wright have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Curtis-Wright products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Curtis-Wright" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P03CPU20 made by Schleicher as well as the popular MDD090BN030N2L110PB0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P0961FX0D by Foxboro and MM6171 spares by Curtis-Wright are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P315XH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Api-Controls. |
