COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC112C-0-ED-1-B/130-A-0/I00625/S005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC071C0JS2C095A0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KBA71 manufactured by Mannesmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090C0GD4C110A0WI520LVS005 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand M3938N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as LC2512ATZ equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M3550T made by Baldor as well as the popular M38BP820803TW original spares produced by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M727 by Avtron and LC2512ATZ spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M13021160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis. |
