COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC1120-0-EO-4-C/130-1-1/W1520 1V/SD5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kodak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kodak such as the 943848 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 174567 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESV153N02TXB by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Introl-Design Brand DC10002015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MKD090B047GP0KNMKD090B047GP0KN equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911252040 made by Indramat as well as the popular DIGIFAS7116 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 338243E by Lenze and MKD090B047GP0KNMKD090B047GP0KN spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P50001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
