COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC090C-0-GD-3-C/110-R-0/WI520LV/S005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the L1510T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1726T manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M009444109002 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alcatel Brand M2008A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as M432NNN08G0Y10 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KBM3454SFWA718100NB5J made by Baldor as well as the popular M350RGS5H20120LH original spares produced by Camco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M403A21 by Kollmorgen and M432NNN08G0Y10 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090B0PD2C110A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
