COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-2/WI520LV/S018 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flender-Himmel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the M81X25GKU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K40A90LP4RIL16GHV manufactured by Flender-Himmel and we are pleased to be able to service most Flender-Himmel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M403CA3B3 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sst-Teknic Brand M4975XI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as KA47DT80K4BHG1HRTHIS equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M63B4 made by Atm as well as the popular L3513M original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3705T by Baldor and KA47DT80K4BHG1HRTHIS spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1008T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
