COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC090A-0-RD-4-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Gold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Devices product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Gold such as the DCI523E120HP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Stepper manufactured by Isel and we are pleased to be able to service most Isel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS3V105B6MP290FE2 by Manufacturer Industrial-Devices as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD093BF020N2L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intelligent-Actuator such as RCSSRL400A10B equipment made by Intelligent-Actuator have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intelligent-Actuator products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intelligent-Actuator" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ND155B8MF1FT1EM made by Industrial-Devices as well as the popular TVM24 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMVEN by Infranor and RCSSRL400A10B spares by Intelligent-Actuator are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IR5052PT5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ingersol-Rand. |
