COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-0/W1520LV/S001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Georgii-Kobold-Mikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unknown product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Georgii-Kobold-Mikron such as the KOD346A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M105A34 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KUVF112S4A11 by Manufacturer Unknown as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand KT47DT80N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as M3550T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K75M2GP made by Flender-Himmel as well as the popular M112A10K900B original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M432NYN0050Y3C by Elwood-Corporation and M3550T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3554T5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
