COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC071C-0-NS-2-C/095-A-0/S001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Georgii-Kobold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the M805AA3B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KXN60828S65 manufactured by Georgii-Kobold and we are pleased to be able to service most Georgii-Kobold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC063D0FS4C095B0WI517LV by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand JMWDM3713T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Franz-Morat such as KGFRAMOAGH20 equipment made by Franz-Morat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Franz-Morat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Franz-Morat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M4109T made by Baldor as well as the popular JMWDM3613T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KA37DT80K4 by Sew and KGFRAMOAGH20 spares by Franz-Morat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M205A23 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
