COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC071B-0-PS-2-C/095-A-0/S047 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Om parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gould product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the M113002800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K590ST230H manufactured by Om and we are pleased to be able to service most Om systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M113A10K3C0B by Manufacturer Gould as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand M85015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as JS1003FN506 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M40BRF71L2 made by Zae as well as the popular M940A1067 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1130462 by Leeson and JS1003FN506 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KP6BM2010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Japan-Servo. |
