COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat KDS1.1-050-3-W1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kamoseiko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the M1551B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT125S4L manufactured by Kamoseiko and we are pleased to be able to service most Kamoseiko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDS4A203J0001202A by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand Trans0171OP04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Liebert such as 0279242066B1 equipment made by Liebert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Liebert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Liebert" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SBFP122224823000 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular HW1XBM111G original spares produced by Izumi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESV752N02TXB by Lenze and 0279242066B1 spares by Liebert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 09F4S1D4003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
